FAQ ANSWERS:
1) Do you accept custom work at request? I am happy to consider any project that you might suggest. I will usually make at least 2 selections for you to pick from. If neither is acceptable, you are under no obligation and the pieces will go into my stock for sale. If I don’t feel I can meet your need I will do my best to suggest someone you may contact to help you.
2) What does the (*) Asterisk mean in front of an item name? It means that this is a product that can be ‘Re-Created”. Individuality happens in the creation of each piece. If the original piece pictured has sold, I will contact you with a picture of the “Re-creation” to see if it meets your expectations. There are some exceptions if components or glass colors become unavailable, but I will do my very best to fulfill your request. No payment will be expected until the product is completed and you send approval.
3) How do I figure out what size bracelet to buy? Measure your wrist and add 1” and that should give you an idea.
4) How long does it take to make a necklace? It depends totally on the piece. Each individual bead might take from 5-30 minutes+ to make. Then if there are Fine Silver (99.9% pure) components that I make individually, they take several steps and time to create. I make the necklaces with Oriental Knots and each knot can take a minimum of 20 minutes. Putting a necklace together takes a minimum of 10-30 minutes depending on the components.
5) How do I purchase beads like I saw in a finished piece? Just email me and I’ll be happy to let you know if it’s possible and the cost.
6) If I order multiple items can they be be sent to more than one address? Your shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly and I will email you with the details for final approval. If you’d like gift wrapping, I’m happy to do that for a minimal charge.
7) Can a necklace or bracelet length be changed? Most times the length of a necklace or bracelet can be changed a little. I try to mention that possibility in the description of the piece. If I have not mentioned it, it’s worth asking me. I will offer more variety in necklace lengths in the near future.
8) Do you have plain necklaces available to purchase to go with the individual pendants? Yes, please see Charms/Components Section.

Events are also listed on the Home Page and are updated as needed. You will also find ‘locations’ of merchants that carry some of my products also listed on the home page.
